Purchases

Please note that only The Bedding, Drapery and Cushion Collection as well as select other small goods are available for web sales. Furnishings and larger goods are only available for purchase in the boutique. If the item is not available for web sales it will be noted in the description.

Much of the collection is stocked in our Production Studio in Victoria BC Canada, and available to be shipped at time of order. From time to time there may be production delays. We will contact you if your items will take longer than 1 week to ship.

Returns

The Heather Company accepts returns of all UNOPENED STOCK items with 15 days of purchase or delivery with a receipt. If you need would like to return your web order please follow the instructions on your packing slip. Once the items have been received in good order a refund will be issued.

We do not refund shipping fees.

Tailored Items and special order furnishings are final sale.

The Heather Company is committed to quality. If you have ANY issues with the fabric or construction of your items please contact us. We will work efficiently to resolve the issue.

Shipping

Standard Shipping within Canada and the US

Free Shipping on orders over $150.00 (with the exception of some items, this exception is noted in the product description)

International orders

We will contact you with shipping options and costs prior to shipping your order.

Taxes and Duties

We charge GST/PST on Canadian Purchases. Sales Tax is not charged on US orders. Please note additional taxes/duties and import fees may be charged. You are responsible to pay import fees into your country.
