installation, I realized that not every client needs the full service experience. Sometimes it's because they just need to finish off a few spaces. Other times it's simply because they prefer to be more involved.
My Design Day service was created specifically with these clients to provide them with a high-quality design plan they can feel confident implementing as their schedule and
budget allow. It would be my pleasure to partner with you to create a
beautiful space that reflects your style and meets your needs. You'll have the support of my team throughout the service so you can enjoy a fun and exciting design experience.

Your one-of-a-kind drapery are made to order in Calgary, Canada by our expert craftspeople and as such, take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
WHAT WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & DUTIES ?
Your purchase from The Heather Company OFTEN includes customs, duties and taxes . However, in rare circumstances, you may need to pay these to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES??
If your product arrives damaged, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt/shipping waybill and supply an image of that to us, along with images of the item, damage and boxes.
Please email us at heather@theheatherco.com within 24 hours of delivery. Damages not noted on delivery receipt/shipping waybill and/or reported after 24hs will not be eligible for refund/repair.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Custom Drapery cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
After 24 hours online orders can not be canceled and are subject to our final sale policy.
